Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and CHANGE_ME ("we") for using the PlanKahwin app. By creating an account you accept them.

1. The service

PlanKahwin is an online planner for weddings in Malaysia: checklist, budget, guests and RSVP, vendors, hantaran, documents and more, shared by the couple and the helpers they invite.

2. Your account

• Give a real email address and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• The workspace owner decides who joins the workspace and what each member can do.

3. Free trial, plans and payment

• Each person gets one free trial, on their first workspace, as shown when you sign up. No payment details are needed for it. Further workspaces start once you choose a plan.
• A plan gives full access to one wedding workspace for the period you choose at checkout (currently 1 or 2 years), for everyone in that workspace.
• You pay once by FPX through our payment gateway. Plans do not renew automatically.
• When a paid plan ends, the workspace becomes read-only. Your data is kept and you can renew at any time.
• A free trial that is never paid is different: the workspace and all its data are deleted 30 days after it started. We remind you before the trial ends.
• Prices are in Malaysian ringgit and may change for future purchases; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

4. Your content

What you enter and upload stays yours. You give us permission to store and show it only to run the app for you. You confirm you may share it, including your guests' details (see our Privacy Policy).

5. Fair use

Do not use the app for anything unlawful, to send spam, to upload harmful or offensive content, or to try to access other people's data or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Availability

We work to keep the app available and your data safe, and keep backups, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Keep your own copies of anything important; you can export lists to Excel or PDF.

7. Liability

The app helps you plan; decisions and arrangements with vendors, venues and authorities remain yours. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 where it applies.

8. Ending

You can stop using the app at any time, and the workspace owner can delete the workspace in Settings. We may close accounts that break these terms, and will tell you first unless the law or safety prevents it.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will show the new date above; important changes will be announced in the app or by email. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
