Refund Policy

We want you to try PlanKahwin before you pay, which is why every new wedding starts with a free trial.

1. First plan purchase: 7-day refund

If you are not happy after buying your first plan, email us within 7 days of payment and we will refund it in full. No reason needed.

2. Renewals

Plan renewals are not refundable, because you have already used the app before buying them.

3. Mistakes and problems

We always refund in full if you were charged twice or the wrong amount, or if a paid feature did not work because of a fault on our side that we could not fix.

4. How to ask

Email [email protected] from your account's email address with your receipt number (found in Subscription). Approved refunds are paid back to the bank account you paid from, normally within 14 working days. After a refund the workspace returns to read-only; nothing is deleted.

5. Business

Payments are received by CHANGE_ME through toyyibPay (FPX).
